Task description:For this task I had to create another poem but this time I decided to create a haiku instead of another acrostic poem.

Information Report on India

 

Task description: For this task I had to create an information report on a country that a staff member would like to go to or visit. I chose India because that is where Ms Amy would like to visit. I had fun researching about India because I never knew that there was over 1 billion people living in India. I found many facts about India. 

Fact File about Mrs Vaevae

 

Task description:For this task Mrs Vavae came into our google meet call to do an interview. During the interview, I also made the Fact File. So most of the time I was typing and listing instead of watching.

Happy Birthday Nana

Lockdown description: Today is my Nana's 70th birthday. Even though she lays in the ground and watches us from heaven. We are doing something special like baking her favorite cake (Carrot Cake) and maybe some cupcakes to celebrate her 70th birthday.

 

Epro8 Challenge

 Lockdown description: Yesterday I managed to do the Epro8 Challenge Round One just before round one finished. We were surprised we finished in time because we started just a tiny bit late. We actually finished 30 minutes on time because we had to create the bridge and take a photo of the bridge. 

Auckland Museum Jigsaw Puzzles

Lockdown description: Today I went on the class site then clicked on the Auckland Museum Jigsaw Puzzle site. I started off doing the kiwi and now making progress on different puzzles.

 

American cross staffy bulldog to African Elephant

Task description: For this task I created a google draw to do comparisons on how heavy, lifespan and speed. I had so much fun doing this task because my dogs is a American cross staffy bulldog. 

 

Chocolate Cake

Lockdown description: Today I made a chocolate cake with my Mum. My brother didn't help because he had work to complete. Making the chocolate cake was fun because we added chocolate chips inside the cake.

 

Luna starts her digging

Lockdown description: Today was an exiting a extraordinary because my Dad gave our dog Luna some meat to eat but instead she picked up the meat and moved the meat to a comfortable area . After that she dug a hole then put the meat inside the hole for her to cover. 

Monopoly with my brother and my Uncle

 

Lockdown description: Today was a enjoyable day because it was the day we played monopoly world edition since the previous lockdown in March. Monopoly is an excellent game to play when your with 3 or 4 people. When you play monopoly for the first time, you might not understand the rules. I've been playing monopoly for months and I still don't understand the rules.  This monopoly is slightly easier to understand. I'm glad my mum wasn't playing with us because she's too competitive and most times beats us all at the game. 

Wondering who won, no one had won to be exact. 

Chocolate Slice

 

Lockdown description: Today I made Ms Wrack's delicious Chocolate Slice with my brother Lv. We made it today because my Mum told us to make something for us to eat together. To make the Chocolate Slice you will need

1/2 a pound of butter

2 tblsp (table spoons) of cocoa

1 tblsp of golden syrup

2 cups of flour

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of coconut and finally

1 tsp (tea spoon) baking powder.

First melt the first 3 ingredients, then add the last 4 ingredients and then bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

It tasted delicious and my rating is 9.5/10.

Turning Statements into Rhetorical Questions

 

Task description:

For this task we had to make change these statements then changed the questions in to rhetorical questions. These rhetorical questions took me about 5 minutes to complete.

My Olympic Report

Task Description:

For this task I watched One Minute - One Sport then created a report on the selected sport. I chose soccer so I was buddies with Zion. This task took 2 or 3 days to complete.

 

Term 2 reflection and Term 3 goals

Task description:For this task we created a reflection from Term 2 and goals for Term 3. We also had write what we did well in Term 2 and what we want to get better at in Term 3.

 

Guess who I bumped into

 

Task description: I was walking to a nearby soccer pitch to find Cristiano Ronaldo. We had a good time. Well technically I didn't meet him but I used remove.bg but I would love to see him. 

My kaikohau

Task description:For this task we created posters with kaikahau to celebrate Matariki in our class. A kaikahou is a a way to express our hopes and our desires.

Task description: For this task we had to make a information report on either food groups, food pyramid and food and health. We also had to add pictures and questions.
